We kindly advise customers to thoroughly inspect their items upon delivery and, in the event of any issues, to reject the delivery. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of exchange, except for prepaid transactions.
If payment was made in advance before the delivery was initiated, a refund can be arranged if the item is no longer available or if a defect is discovered within 3 days of delivery.
To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to refuse returned items that have not been used appropriately.
Please be aware that clearance or SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. These items are sold as-is.
For exchanges or returns, customers should adhere to the specified time frame and send the items back to our Osogbo warehouse. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost of sending the selected item back to you.
In the event that the wrong item is delivered, we will take full responsibility for picking up the incorrect item and returning the correct one to you.
Please note that we do not offer item swaps. We must receive the item from you and confirm its eligibility for an exchange before processing the exchange.
